ADS Membership
Who should join
Individual members include employees of utilities, ISOs, technology companies, government agencies, legislative and regulatory bodies, and academic institutions. ADS members are engineers, economists, educators, consultants, regulators, and legislators, as well as marketing and communications professionals.
Group members include utilities, ISOs, RTOs, technology companies, service companies, consulting firms, and academic institutions.
Individual membership & benefits
Individual ($350)

- Participation in monthly member-only "Drop-In Calls"

- Discount to attend ADS events, including the National Town Meeting on Demand Response and Smart Grid

Add-ons to Individual Membership
$2,500 - Individual yearly subscription to the bi-weekly “Update on DR Developments Newsletter” and login access to
DemandResponseInfo.org. The “Update on DR Developments Newsletter” is an in-depth report on policy and business developments in the demand response and smart grid space. You can see an

www.demandresponseinfo.org is a members-only web site that serves as a searchable repository of information used to compile the “Update” report.

Large Group ($15,000)
- Open to companies with greater than $100M in revenue and utilities with more than 100K customers, as well as Small Organizations that would like to join at this level
- Up to 10 individual memberships w/ all benefits listed above
- Receipt of bi-weekly “Update on DR Developments Newsletter” and login access to demandresponseinfo.org
- Eligibility for a seat on the ADS Board Of Directors
- Input on ADS Research and Informational Projects
- Company logo on ADS website
- Two free passes to the National Town Meeting on Demand Response and Smart Grid ($1,500-$2,000 value)
- National Town Meeting sponsorship that includes one exhibit space, plus logo displayed on conference signage, website, session room screens, and in email blasts promoting the event ($5,000 value)

ADS reserves the right to reject or remove a membership for any entity or individual where ADS determines that the activities of such an entity or individual are not consistent with the ADS mission or goals or that are otherwise adverse to the interests of ADS.
